Cancel/Change Order

All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we are no longer able to cancel the order.


Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for any product that arrives defective or damaged.
Simply contact us and we will provide the return address along with the option for a replacement or refund.

If you are unhappy with your order for any other reason, just reach out to our support team—we’ll do everything we can to assist you.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The order does not arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).

You may submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has passed.
