Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards from major networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal – one of the most popular online payment methods worldwide

When you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page to log in with your account credentials. If PayPal does not support your currency, your payment will automatically be processed in US dollars.


Payment Troubleshooting

If your credit or debit card payment fails:

  1. Verify that all card information is correct, including card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

  2. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your account.

  3. Check that your card is authorized for online transactions and the transaction limit is sufficient.

  4. Refresh the page or log out and log back in before trying again.

  5. Start a new order rather than trying to pay for the same order again.

  6. Contact your bank if your payment is still declined. Some banks automatically block international transactions for security reasons.

  7. Use your credit or debit card through PayPal as a guest if you don’t have a PayPal account.

  8. Try using a different card.


If PayPal payment fails:

  1. Check with PayPal for any transaction limits on your account.

  2. Ensure your shipping address and billing address are in the same country, otherwise PayPal may decline the payment.

  3. If PayPal still does not work, try paying with a credit or debit card directly (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express).
