Refund Policy
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below.
Returns
We accept returns only for items shipped by us that arrive faulty due to our error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect item received).
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition.

The item must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
If your refund has not arrived:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note:

A management, processing, and transaction fee of 1.5% of your total order value applies to cancellations.

A full refund applies only when switching to another order.
If you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the previous one and issue a 100% refund.
