When will I receive my tracking number?

Our processing time for preparing stock and packaging is 2–5 business days.
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you automatically.

Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume sale periods.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after completing payment, please contact us at contact.careup24@gmail.com.

Orders may be delayed if:

  • Your payment information is incomplete or inaccurate

  • The shipping address provided contains errors


When will I receive my order?

We offer worldwide shipping using carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, and DHL.

All orders go through processing, stocking, and packing before shipment. Estimated timelines are listed below:

If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will issue a full refund for that item — no questions asked.

If you believe your order is missing or lost, please contact us at contact.careup24@gmail.com. We will investigate (typically within 3–5 business days) and resend or refund accordingly.


Customs & Taxes

All prices on our website are displayed in USD and do not include local taxes or customs fees.

Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Any customs delays

  • Any additional import-related fees

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed due to strict carrier timelines.

CareUp Shop is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the package arrives in your country but:

  • The customer refuses delivery, or

  • Delivery attempts fail multiple times

We reserve the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.
